I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at Quality Suites in Lubbock. While the staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable, there were several cleanliness issues that could use attention, especially in the bathroom. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the hotel could improve in certain areas to provide a better experience.
